At Corporate Document Destruction we take medical records shredding and destruction very seriously. We can organise a discreet and secure pick up of all materials at your doctor’s office, surgery, aged care centre, or hospital. X-rays and scans will be boxed up and sealed in secure archive boxes or locked wheelie bins and taken to our secure shredding facility and shredded immediately. A Certificate of Destruction will be provided upon completion.
